The police have also requested those in charge of the groups of devotees to affix this sticker to the upper left corner of the front left corner of the vehicle in which the pilgrimage groups are arriving, in a manner that is clearly visible from the outside and does not obstruct the driver’s view.
However, the police said that this sticker has been introduced to facilitate the pilgrimage and to easily identify the vehicles and that it is not mandatory to display this sticker on the vehicles carrying the devotees coming for the pilgrimage. The police have stated that even without the sticker, devotees can still visit the Sri Dalada Vipassana.

ඒ අනුව දිවයින පුරා පොලිස් වසම්වලින් දළදා දැක්ම වන්දනාව සඳහා කණ්ඩායම් වශයෙන් වාහන හා බැතිමතුන් කොපමණ සංඛ්යාවක් පැමිණෙන්නේද යන්න පිළිබඳව පූර්ව තොරතුරු ලබාගෙන එම එක් වාහනයකට එක් ස්ටිකරය බැගින් අදාළ පොලිස් ස්ථානාධිපතිවරයාගේ අත්සන හා නිල මුද්රාව සහිතව නිකුත් කිරීමට මේ වන විට කටයුතු යොදා තිබෙන බව පැවසෙනවා.
