With the aim of providing more effective services to the people, the President’s Fund service provision program at the Divisional Secretariat level is scheduled to be launched on the 7th at Temple Trees under the patronage of President Anura Kumara Dissanayake.
Accordingly, the provision of office services of the President’s Fund, which was limited to Colombo only, has been planned to be implemented through sub-offices to be established in all 341 Divisional Secretariats across the island.
The relevant pilot project is already underway in five selected Divisional Secretariats and its implementation across the island will thus commence from February 7th.
These matters were revealed during an online discussion held at the Presidential Secretariat today (25) to inform Divisional Secretaries about the new program of the President’s Fund.
Secretary to the President’s Fund, Senior Additional Secretary to the President Roshan Gamage stated that efforts are being made to provide more efficient and effective services to the people through the introduction of a new digitalization and networking program for the President’s Fund.
Anyone can apply for the amount related to their illness through their Divisional Secretariat and submit the relevant documents to the Divisional Secretariat.
During this discussion, the Divisional Secretaries were informed about how to select patients, how to prepare their documents, and the responsibilities of the President’s Fund.

ඒ අනුව, කොළඹට පමණක් සීමාවී තිබූ ජනාධිපති අරමුදලේ කාර්යාලයීය සේවා සැපයීම දිවයින පුරා ඇති ප්රාදේශීය ලේකම් කාර්යාල 341හිම ස්ථාපිත කෙරෙන උප කාර්යාල මඟින් ක්රියාත්මක කිරීමට සැලසුම් කර තිබේ.
තෝරාගත් ප්රාදේශීය ලේකම් කාර්යාල පහක මීට අදාළ නියමු ව්යාපෘතිය දැනටමත් ක්රියාත්මක වන අතර එය දිවයින පුරා ක්රියාත්මක කිරීම මේ අනුව පෙබරවාරි 07 වැනිදා සිට ඇරඹේ.
ජනාධිපති අරමුදලේ නව වැඩපිළිවෙළ සම්බන්ධයෙන් ප්රාදේශීය ලේකම්වරුන් දැනුවත් කිරීම වෙනුවෙන් ජනාධිපති කාර්යාලයේ අද (25) පැවති මාර්ගගත සාකච්ඡාවේදී මෙම කරුණු අනාවරණය විය.
ජනාධිපති අරමුදලට නව ඩිජිටල්කරණ හා ජාලකරණ වැඩපිළිවෙල හඳුන්වාදීම තුළින් ජනතාවට වඩාත් කාර්යක්ෂම සහ ඵලදායි සේවාවක් සැපයීමට කටයුතු කරන බව ජනාධිපති අරමුදලේ ලේකම්, ජනාධිපති ජ්යෙෂ්ඨ අතිරේක ලේකම් රෝෂන් ගමගේ මහතා සඳහන් කළේය.
මෙහිදී ඕනෑම කෙනෙකුට තම ප්රාදේශීය ලේකම් කාර්යාලය හරහා තමන්ගේ රෝගයට අදාළ මුදල ඉල්ලුම් කළ හැකි අතර ඊට අදාළ ලිපි ලේඛන ප්රාදේශීය ලේකම් කාර්යාල වෙත ගෙනවිත් භාර දිය හැකිය.
