The Financial Intelligence Unit of the Ministry of Finance has decided to designate undial and hawala transactions that are not registered with the Central Bank before June 2 as illegal transactions.
However, sources in the Ministry of Finance say that those involved in such transactions have been notified through public notices to register before that date, but so far no customer has applied to register.
Accordingly, they are being registered with conditions and for this purpose, the unit is also studying the operation of such transactions internationally.

ඒ, අනුව ඔවුන් ලියාපදිංචි කෙරෙන්නේ කොන්දේසි සහිතව වන අතර මේ සඳහා අන්තර්ජාතිකව එම ගනුදෙනුවල ක්රියාකාරීත්වය ද ඒකකය අධ්යයනය කරමින් සිටියි.
