The Prime Minister’s Secretariat has appointed a committee chaired by the Prime Minister’s Secretary to submit recommendations to the Cabinet on measures to be taken to improve the quality of public services and regulatory functions performed by 166 government-owned non-commercial institutions.
According to this program, which has been taken in accordance with a decision of the Cabinet, the committee has decided to obtain suggestions from the public to improve the quality of public services provided by those 166 institutions, the problems faced by the public in accessing those services, and the quality of services.
The Prime Minister’s Secretariat announces that the list of one hundred and sixty-six recommended institutions for this consultation can be downloaded from the web link https://pmoffice.gov.lk/soesuggestions.php and that the public can fill out the form mentioned therein and provide their comments to this committee until the 31st of this month.

රජයට අයත් වාණිජමය නොවන ආයතන 166 ක් මගින් සිදුකරන මහජන සේවා හා නියාමන කාර්යන් වඩාත් ගුණාත්මකව සිදුකිරීමට ගත යුතු ක්රියාමාර්ග පිළිබඳව අමාත්ය මණ්ඩලයට නිර්දේශ ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම සඳහා අග්රාමාත්ය ලේකම්වරයාගේ සභාපතිත්වයෙන් යුත් කමිටුවක් පත්කර ඇතැයි අග්රාමාත්ය ලේකම් කාර්යාලය සඳහන් කරයි.
අමාත්ය මන්ඩල තීරණයකට අනුව ගෙන ඇති මෙම වැඩ පිළිවෙල අනුව එම ආයතන 166 මගින් සලසන මහජන සේවාවන්හි ගුණාත්මක භාවය සහ එම සේවාවන් ලබාගැනීමේදී මහජනතාව මුහුණ දෙන ගැටලු සහ සේවාවන්හි ගුණාත්මක බව ඉහල නැංවීමට වන යෝජනා මහජනතාවගෙන් ලබා ගැනීමට එම කමිටුව තීරණය කර තිබේ.
