The Ceylon Electricity Board has proposed to maintain the existing tariff structure unchanged for the next six months.
Noting this, the CEB has officially submitted its latest electricity tariff proposal to the Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka.
The CEB says that it has decided to continue maintaining the current tariffs to provide stability to consumers amid the ongoing economic challenges.

මෙම කරුණ සඳහන් කරමින් ලංවිම සිය නවතම විදුලි ගාස්තු යෝජනාව ශ්රී ලංකා මහජන උපයෝගිතා කොමිෂන් සභාවට නිල වශයෙන් ඉදිරිපත් කර තිබේ.
පවතින ආර්ථික අභියෝග මධ්යයේ පාරිභෝගිකයන්ට ස්ථාවරත්වයක් ලබාදීම සඳහා වත්මන් ගාස්තු අඛණ්ඩව පවත්වාගෙන යෑමට තීරණය කර ඇති බව විදුලිබල මණ්ඩලය පවසයි.
