Minister Sunil Handunnetti says that the Valachchena Paper Mill has resumed operations and is making a profit.
He says that the company is moving forward by paying off old debts and is even preparing to import new machinery in the future.
Meanwhile, the Minister says that a museum and a photoshoot location will be established at the Valachchena factory with the aim of attracting the tourism industry.
