The Department of Labor informs that the acceptance of Employees’ Provident Fund benefit applications at labor offices will be carried out as usual from 12.00 noon today (21).
The Commissioner General of Labor has stated that the services have been resumed as the emergency and essential maintenance work carried out on the Employees’ Provident Fund computer database system has been completed.
The department had previously announced that the provision of services related to the Employees’ Provident Fund will be temporarily suspended from today until the 23rd.

කම්කරු කාර්යාලයන්හි සේවක අර්ථසාධක අරමුදල් ප්රතිලාභ අයදුම් පත්ර භාරගැනීම අද (21) දහවල් 12.00 සිට සාමාන්ය පරිදි සිදුකෙරෙන බව කම්කරු දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව දැනුම් දෙයි.
කම්කරු කොමසාරිස් ජනරාල්වරයා පවසා ඇත්තේ, සේවක අර්ථසාධක අරමුදල් පරිගණක දත්ත පද්ධතියේ සිදුකරන ලද හදිසි සහ අත්යාවශ්ය නඩත්තු කටයුතු අවසන් කර ඇති බැවින් මෙලෙස සේවාවන් ආරම්භ කළ බවයි.
සේවක අර්ථසාධක අරමුදලට අදාළ සේවාවන් ලබා දීම අද සිට ලබන 23 වැනිදා දක්වා තාවකාලිකව අත්හිටු වන බව එම දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව මින් පෙර නිවේදනය කර තිබුණි.
