A political council meeting of the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna has already begun under the patronage of former President Mahinda Rajapaksa.
It was held at the official residence of former President Mahinda Rajapaksa at Wijerama in Colombo.
The political council, including the National Organizer of the Podujana Peramuna and Member of Parliament Namal Rajapaksa, is scheduled to participate in the meeting.

ඒ හිටපු ජනාධිපති මහින්ද රාජපක්ෂගේ ප්රධානත්වයෙන් කොළඹ විජේරාම නිල නිවසේදී.
ඒ සඳහා පොදුජන පෙරමුණේ ජාතික සංවිධායක, පාර්ලිමේන්තු මන්ත්රී නාමල් රාජපක්ෂ මහතා ඇතුළු දේශපාලන මණ්ඩලය සහභාගි වීමට නියමිතය.
