ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ සහ ලොව පුරා සිටින කිතුනුවන් ක්‍රිස්තුස් වහන්සේගේ උත්ථානය සමරන පාස්කු ඉරිදා, බලාපොරොත්තුවේ, අලුත් කිරීමේ සහ අනුකම්පාවේ සදාකාලික බලය අපට මතක් කර දෙයි.

පාස්කු ඉරිදා යනු අපගේ මනුෂ්‍යත්වය සහ විපත්ති හමුවේ අපව එක්සත් කරන ඇදහිල්ල, ප්‍රේමය සහ ඔරොත්තු දීමේ වටිනාකම් ගැන මෙනෙහි කිරීමට කාලයයි.

මෙම පූජනීය අවස්ථාව සමරන සියලුම ශ්‍රී ලාංකිකයින්ට මම මගේ හෘදයාංගම සුබ පැතුම් පිරිනමමි. මෙම පාස්කු ඉරිදා ඔබට සහ ඔබේ පවුල්වලට සාමය සහ ශක්තිය ගෙන එනු ඇතැයි මම අවංකවම බලාපොරොත්තු වෙමි.
இலங்கையிலும் உலகெங்கிலும் உள்ள கிறிஸ்தவர்கள் கிறிஸ்துவின் உயிர்த்தெழுதலைக் கொண்டாடும் ஈஸ்டர் ஞாயிறு, நம்பிக்கை, புதுப்பித்தல் மற்றும் இரக்கத்தின் நித்திய சக்தியை நமக்கு நினைவூட்டுகிறது.
