ඒ වගේම ජාත්යන්තර මුල්ය අරමුදල ලබාදි තිබෙන ඉලක්ක වලට යාමට නොහැකි වෙනවා. ඒ සමඟම අපේ රට ණය අර්බුදය නැවත වැඩි වෙනවා. ආදායම් අඩු වෙනවා. රටේ සංචිත බිදවැටිමට ලක්වෙනවා. ඒ වගේම රට තුළ ලක්ෂ තුනක පමණ පිරිසකගේ රැකියා බිදවැටිමට ලක්වෙන්නත් පුලුවන්. බව එ මහතා පවසනවා
