ආර්ථිකය වැටීමට නොදී ඉදිරියට රැගෙන යන අතර ජනතාව විසි හතර පැයක් තුළ සිදු කළ යුතු යැයි සිතූ කටයුතු ද ගෙදර යන ගමන් සෙසු කටයුතු ද කරන ආකාරයට අනිවාර්යෙන් ම ඉටු කරන බව ඇමති විජිත හේරත් අවධාරණය කරයි.
