The four suspects who surrendered in connection with the clash that broke out at a nightclub in Company Street have been remanded until April 01.
This was after the suspects were produced before the Fort Magistrate’s Court today (27).
They were arrested after recording statements from the suspects who surrendered to the Colombo Central Criminal Investigation Bureau yesterday (26).
Yoshitha Rajapaksa gave a statement to the Company Street Police for nearly 3 hours on the 25th regarding the clash that broke out recently.
A security guard at the relevant location was assaulted in the clash.
The injured security guard is receiving treatment at a private hospital in Colombo.

කොම්පඤ්ඤ වීදියේ පිහිටි රාත්රි සමාජ ශාලාවක ඇතිවූ ගැටුම සම්බන්ධයෙන් භාරවූ සැකකරුවන් 4 දෙනා අප්රේල් 01 දක්වා රක්ෂිත බන්ධනාගාරගත කර තිබෙනවා.
ඒ, සැකකරුවන් අද (27) කොටුව මහෙස්ත්රාත් අධිකරණයට ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමෙන් අනතුරුවයි.
ඊයේ (26) කොළඹ මධ්යම අපරාධ විමර්ශයන කාර්යාංශයට භාරවූ සැකකරුවන්ගෙන් ප්රකාශ සටහන් කරගැනීමෙන් පසු අත්අඩංගුවට ගෙන තිබුණා.
පසුගිය දා ඇතිවූ එම ගැටුම සම්බන්ධයෙන් ඉකුත් 25 වනදා යෝෂිත රාජපක්ෂ මහතා පැය 3කට ආසන්න කාලයක් කොම්පඤ්ඤ වීදිය පොලීසිය හමුවේ ප්රකාශයක් ලබාදුන්නා.
ගැටුමින් අදාළ ස්ථානයේ සිටි ආරක්ෂක නිලධාරියෙකු පහරකෑමට ලක්වුණා.
තුවාල ලැබූ ආරක්ෂක නිලධාරියා කොළඹ පෞද්ගලික රෝහලක ප්රතිකාර ලබමින් සිටියා.
