National People’s Power MP Chandana Suriyarachchi has said that a bill containing new laws for the confiscation of state property acquired illegally or improperly during the previous governments will be presented to Parliament.
The relevant bill will be presented to Parliament on April 8th.
MP Chandana Suriyarachchi further stated that through the bill, any property of individuals who have illegally obtained and used state property and public funds in this country will be able to be obtained through legal proceedings.
“The rulers of this country, their close associates, fathers, sons, uncles, and relatives, including those in politics, have misused and appropriated the state property, state resources, and state funds of our country in various ways.
They have also made them their own. A bill for new legislation that will enable the government to recover the property of anyone who has earned such illegal or improper means and has now made them their personal property, through legal, formal, and judicial proceedings, is scheduled to come to Parliament on April 8th.
We believe that we are fulfilling the aspirations of the people of this country day by day and are taking the necessary measures to fulfill the hopes of every citizen of this country without any fuss.”
පසුගිය රජයන් සමයේ නීතිවිරෝධි ලෙස හෝ අයථා ලෙස උපයාගෙන ඇති රාජ්ය දේපොළ රාජසන්තක කිරීම සඳහා වූ නව නීති ඇතුළත් පනතක් පාර්ලිමේන්තුවට ඉදිරිපත් කරන බව ජාතික ජනබලවේගයේ චන්දන සූරියආරච්චි මන්ත්රීවරයා පවසා සිටී.
එළැඹෙන අප්රේල් මස 8 වනදා අදාළ පනත පාර්ලිමේන්තුවට ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමට කටයුතු කරන බවයි.
එම පනත තුළින් මෙරට රාජ්ය දේපොළ, රාජ්ය මුදල් අයථා ලෙස ලබාගෙන පරිහරණය කරන පුද්ගලයින්ගේ ඕනෑම දේපොළක් නීත්යානුකුලව අධිකරණ ක්රියාමාර්ග ඔස්සේ ලබාගැනීමට හැකිවන බව චන්දන සූරියආරච්චි මන්ත්රීවරයා වැඩිදුරටත් සඳහන් කරන ලදී.
“මේ රටේ රාජ්ය දේපොළ, රාජ්ය සම්පත්, රාජ්ය ධනය විවිධ වකවානුවල සිටි පාලකයෝ, දේශපාලඥයින්ට සම්බන්ධ සමීපතමයින්, තාත්තලා, පුතාලා, බාප්පලා ඇතුළු ඒ දේශපාලනයේ හිටපු අය, ඥතීන් එකතුවෙලා අපේ රටේ රාජ්ය දේපොළ, රාජ්ය සම්පත්, රාජ්ය මුදල් විවිධ ආකාරයෙන් අයථා ලෙස පරිහරණය කරලා තියෙනවා, අත්පත් කරගෙන තියෙනවා.
එමෙන්ම ඒවා තමන්ගේ බවට පත්කරගෙන තියෙනවා. එවැනි නීතිවිරෝධී හෝ අයථා ලෙස උපයාගෙන අද ඒවා පුද්ගලික දේපොළ ලෙස පත්කරගත් ඕනෑම කෙනෙකුගේ දේපොළක් නීත්යානූකූලව විධිමත්ව අධිකරණ ක්රියාමාර්ගයක් හරහා යළි රජයට පවාරා ගැනීමේ හැකියාවක් ලැබෙන නව නීති සම්පාදනයක් සඳහා වන පනතක් ඉදිරි අප්රේල් 08 වනදා පාර්ලිමේන්තුවට එන්න නියමිතයි.
අපි විශ්වාස කරනවා මේ රටේ ජනතාව බලාපොරොත්තු වුණ අභිලාෂයන් අපි දවසින් දවස ඉටුකරමින් මේ රටේ හැම පුරවැසියෙකුගේම බලාපොරොත්තු ඒ අරමුණු ඉටුකර ගැනීම වෙනුවෙන් අවශ්ය විදිවිධාන කලබලයක් නැතුව ඉදිරියට ගෙනියනවා.
