A special circular has been issued to prevent the misuse of property belonging to state institutions during the local government elections.
This is by the National Election Commission.
The relevant circular has been issued to the heads of all state institutions including the secretaries of ministries, chief secretaries of provincial councils, commission secretaries, district secretaries.
