Two individuals have been admitted to the Jaffna General Hospital, alleging that MP Dr. Archuna Ramanathan was assaulted.
It is reported that the MP has also been hospitalized, alleging that he was assaulted.
The assault took place at a hotel in Jaffna yesterday (11). Investigations have been initiated based on complaints received from both parties, and the police stated that relevant legal action will be taken in the future.

ඊයේ (11) යාපනය ප්රදේශයේ හෝටලය දී මෙම පහරදීම සිදුව ඇති අතර මේවන විට දෙපාර්ශවයෙන් ලද පැමිණිලි මත විමර්ශන ආරම්භ කර ඇති අතර, ඉදිරියේ දී ඊට අදාළ නීතිමය කටයුතු සිදුකරන බව පොලීසිය සඳහන් කළේය.
