139 Police OICs have been transferred.
These transfers have been made by the Acting Inspector General of Police, Attorney-at-Law, Priyantha Weerasuriya, subject to the approval of the National Police Commission.
These transfers are scheduled to take effect from tomorrow (13) and from the 18th.
A number of OICs in Colombo and the suburbs have been deployed for general duties as per these transfers.
It is also noteworthy that 53 Police OICs have been deployed for general duties as per the transfers.
50 new appointments are also among the transfers.
පොලිස් ස්ථානාධිපතිවරුන් 139 ස්ථාන මාරු
පොලිස් ස්ථානාධිපතිවරුන් 139 දෙනෙකුට ස්ථාන මාරුවීම් ලබාදී තිබේ.
ජාතික පොලිස් කොමිෂන් සභාවේ අනුමැතියට යටත්ව මෙම ස්ථාන මාරු කර ඇත්තේ, වැඩබලන පොලිස්පති නීතිඥ ප්රියන්ත වීරසූරිය මහතා විසිනි.
මෙම ස්ථාන මාරුවීම් හෙට(13) සිට සිට සහ 18 වැනි දා සිට ක්රියාත්මක වීමට නියමිතයි.
කොළඹ සහ තදාසන්න ප්රදේශවල ස්ථානාධිපතිවරුන් රැසක්ම මෙම ස්ථාන මාරුවීම් අනුව සාමාන්ය රාජකාරී සඳහා යොදවා තිබේ.
ස්ථාන මාරු කිරීම් අනුව පොලිස් ස්ථානාධිපතිවරුන් 53ක් සාමාන්ය රාජකාරි සඳහා යොදවා තිබීම ද විශේෂත්වයකි.
නව පත් කිරීම් 50 ක් ද ස්ථාන මාරු කිරීම් අතර වේ.
