The International Football Federation (FIFA) has imposed a temporary ban on Pakistan.
The reason for this ban is that the Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) has failed to amend the Pakistan Football Constitution to comply with international football criteria.
Accordingly, this ban will remain in effect until the PFF makes the amendments.
Since June 2019, Pakistani football has been governed by a FIFA-appointed Generalization Committee.
FIFA reports indicate that the committee, as mentioned above, has failed to amend the Pakistani Football Constitution.
It is also stated that the heads and members of the Generalization Committee have changed, but the fundamental problems of football in Pakistan remain the same.
පකිස්ථානයට, ජාත්යන්තර පාපන්දු සම්මේලනය (FIFA) විසින් තාවකාලික තහනමක් පනවා තිබෙනවා.
මෙම තහනමට හේතුව, පකිස්ථාන පාපන්දු සම්මේලනය (PFF) විසින් ජාත්යන්තර පාපන්දු නිර්ණායකයන්ට අනුකූල වන පරිදි ‘පකිස්ථාන පාපන්දු ව්යවස්ථාව සංශෝධනය කිරීමට අපොහොසත් වීම’ බව සඳහන්.
ඒ අනුව PFF වෙතින්, එම සංශෝධන සිදු කරන තෙක් මෙම තහනම බලපැවැත්වෙනු ඇති.
2019 ජුනි මාසයේ සිට පකිස්ථාන පාපන්දු මෙහෙයවීම් සිදුකරනු ලබන්නේ, FIFA විසින් පත් කරන ලද සාමාන්යකරණ කමිටුවක් මඟිනි.
එම කමිටුව මඟින් ඉහත සඳහන් කළාක් මෙන්, පකිස්ථාන පාපන්දු ව්යවස්ථාව සංශෝධනය කිරීමට අපොහොසත්ව ඇති බවයි FIFA වාර්තා පෙන්වා දෙන්නේ.
එමෙන්ම සාමාන්යකරණ කමිටු ප්රධානීන් සහ සාමාජිකයින් වෙනස් වී ඇති නමුත් පකිස්ථානයේ පාපන්දු ක්රීඩාවේ මූලික ගැටළු තවමත් එලෙසම පවතින බවත් සඳහන්.
