It was reported that the case has been filed against Sudatta Thilakasiri for presenting facts in a manner that constitutes contempt of court through a program posted on a YouTube channel.
It is further reported that this case has been filed before the Court of Appeal by the lawyers of former Minister of Labour and Foreign Employment Manusha Nanayakkara under the number CA/COC 01/2025.
