A special train schedule has been implemented for the months of January and February 2024 for the Thai Pongal festival, Independence Day festival and weekend holidays.
The Ministry of Transport, Highways, Ports and Civil Aviation has issued a relevant notification in this regard.
Accordingly, the special train schedule implemented is as follows

තෛපොංගල් උත්සවය, නිදහස් උත්සවය සහ සති අන්ත නිවාඩු වෙනුවෙන් 2024 ජනවාරි සහ පෙබරවාරි මාස වල විශේෂ දුම්රිය කාල සටහනක් ක්රියාත්මක කර තිබෙනවා.
ප්රවාහන, මහා මාර්ග, වරාය සහ සිවිල් ගුවන් සේවා අමාත්යංශය විසින් ඊට අදාල නිවේදනයක් නිකුත් කර ඇත.
