President Anura Kumara Dissanayake and the delegation have returned to the island, successfully concluding their three-day visit to India.
The President and the delegation arrived at the Katunayake Airport at around 10 pm yesterday (17), and
Minister Professor Anil Jayantha, Minister Vijitha Herath and others, who accompanied the President as a delegation, had also returned on the same flight.
It is stated that the President and the delegation arrived at the Katunayake Airport from New Delhi, India, on SriLankan Airlines flight UL-196.
The Sri Lankan delegation including the President left for their visit to India on the 15th.
The Indian Prime Minister, the President, and a group of state dignitaries met and held discussions, and several agreements were signed between the two countries.
President Anura Kumara Dissanayake also paid homage to Bodh Gaya.

ඉන්දියාවේ නවදිල්ලි නුවර සිට ශ්රීලන්කන් ගුවන් සේවයේ යූ.එල්.- 196 දරණ ගුවන් යානයෙන් ජනාධිපතිවරයා ඇතුළු පිරිස කටුනායක ගුවන්තොටුපොළ වෙත පැමිණි බව සඳහන්ය.
ජනාධිපතිවරයා ඇතුළු ශ්රී ලංකා දූත පිරිස ඉකුත් 15 දින සිය ඉන්දීය සංචාරය සඳහා පිටත්ව ගියේය.
ඉන්දීය අග්රාමාත්යවරයා, ජනාධිපතිය, ඇතුළු රාජ්ය ත්රාන්ත්රිතයින් පිරිසක් හමුවී සාකච්ඡා පැවැත්වූ අතර දෙරට අතර ගිවිසුම් කිහිපයකටද අත්සන් තැබුණි.
