The Department of Posts has issued an announcement to voters who have not received official ballot papers by post.
The Department states that if you have not yet received your official ballot paper by post, you can obtain it by visiting the post office where you receive your mail and verifying your identity.
The Department of Posts further stated that these official ballot papers will be available until 4 pm on May 6th, the date of the local government elections.

තැපැල් මඟින් නිල ඡන්ද දැන්වීම් පත්‍රිකා නොලැබුණු ඡන්දදායකයින් වෙත තැපැල් දෙපාර්තමේන්තුවෙන් නිවේදනයක් කර තිබේ.
එම දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව සඳහන් කරන්නේ, තැපැල් මඟින් නිල ඡන්ද දැන්වීම් පත්‍රිකාව මෙතෙක් නොලැබී ඇත්නම් තමන්ට ලිපි ලැබෙන තැපැල් කාර්යාලය වෙත පැමිණ අනන්‍යතාව තහවුරු කිරීමෙන් පසු එය ලබා ගත හැකි බවය.
පළාත් පාලන මැතිවරණය පැවැත්වෙන මැයි මස 06 වනදා පස්වරු 4 දක්වා මෙම නිල ඡන්ද පත්‍රිකා ලබා ගත හැකි බව තැපැල් දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව වැඩිදුරටත් සඳහන් කළේය.
