‘I guarantee that the thieves will be put in by the end of these five years,’ said Minister of Cooperatives and Food Security Wasantha Samarasinghe.
He said this while addressing a public meeting held in Ehetuwewa recently.
“If you steal the people’s money, it is like eating God’s rice. We will not leave the prevention of theft, corruption and fraud to the next generation. I guarantee that the thieves will be put in by the end of these five years.”
