The Sri Lankan Rupee has depreciated slightly against the US Dollar at commercial banks in Sri Lanka today (March 24) compared to last Friday.
The buying and selling rates of the US Dollar at Seylan Bank remain unchanged at Rs. 292.50 and Rs. 299.50 respectively.
According to NDB Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has increased from Rs. 292.50 to Rs. 292.75 and the selling rate from Rs. 300.50 to Rs. 300.75.
The People’s Bank reports that the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have increased from Rs. 291 to Rs. 291.25 and from Rs. 301.44 to Rs. 301.70 respectively.
At Commercial Bank, the US dollar buying rate remains unchanged at Rs. 290.51 and the selling rate at Rs. 300.
According to Sampath Bank, the US dollar buying and selling rates have increased from Rs. 292.50 to Rs. 292.75 and from Rs. 300.50 to Rs. 300.75, respectively.

පසුගිය සිකුරාදාට සාපේක්ෂව අද (මාර්තු 24) ශ්රී ලංකාවේ වාණිජ බැංකුවල ඇමරිකානු ඩොලරයට සාපේක්ෂව ශ්රී ලංකා රුපියල සුළු වශයෙන් අවප්රමාණය වී ඇත.
සෙලාන් බැංකුවේ ඇමරිකානු ඩොලරයේ මිලදී ගැනීමේ සහ විකිණීමේ අනුපාත පිළිවෙලින් රු. 292.50 සහ රු. 299.50 ලෙස නොවෙනස්ව පවතී.
NDB බැංකුවට අනුව, ඇමරිකානු ඩොලරයේ මිලදී ගැනීමේ අනුපාතිකය රු. 292.50 සිට රු. 292.75 දක්වා සහ විකුණුම් අනුපාතිකය රු. 300.50 සිට රු. 300.75 දක්වා ඉහළ ගොස් තිබේ.
මහජන බැංකුව වාර්තා කරන්නේ ඇමරිකානු ඩොලරයේ මිලදී ගැනීමේ සහ විකිණීමේ අනුපාත රු. 291 සිට රු. 291.25 දක්වා සහ රු. 301.44 සිට රු. පිළිවෙලින් රුපියල් 301.70 කි.
කොමර්ෂල් බැංකුවේ, ඇමරිකානු ඩොලරයේ ගැනුම් අනුපාතිකය රුපියල් 290.51 ක් සහ විකුණුම් අනුපාතිකය රුපියල් 300 ක් ලෙස නොවෙනස්ව පවතී.
සම්පත් බැංකුවට අනුව, ඇමරිකානු ඩොලරයේ ගැනුම් සහ විකුණුම් අනුපාතිකය පිළිවෙලින් රුපියල් 292.50 සිට රුපියල් 292.75 දක්වා සහ රුපියල් 300.50 සිට රුපියල් 300.75 දක්වා ඉහළ ගොස් තිබේ.
