The Court of Appeal has concluded its consideration of the writ petition filed by Deshabandu Tennakoon.
Accordingly, the Court of Appeal has informed that the verdict in the matter will be pronounced on the 17th.
He had requested in his petition to nullify the order issued by the Matara Court to arrest him.

අත්අඩංගුවට ගන්නා ලෙස මාතර අධිකරණය විසින් දී ඇති නියෝගය බල රහිත කරන ලෙසට ඔහු සිය පෙත්සම මඟින් ඉල්ලා තිබුණා.
