Issuing an Extraordinary Gazette Notification.
Secretary to the President N. S. Kumanayake, the Commander of the Army, the Commander of the Navy, the Commander of the Air Force, and the Acting Inspector General of Police are among the members of the task force.
In addition, the Chairman of the Urban Development Authority is also included in this task force.
Dr. Anuruddha Gamage and Dr. Gamini Batuwitage have also been named to this 18-member task force.
This task force has been tasked with planning, directing, implementing, reviewing progress and completing the Clean Sri Lanka program within a specified time frame with the aim of elevating society to a more advanced level through a social, environmental and ethical awakening.(Edited)

ජනාධිපති ලේකම් එන් එස් කුමානායක, යුධ හමුදාපතිවරයා, නාවික හමුදාපතිවරයා,ගුවන් හමුදාපතිවරයා,වැඩබලන පොලිස්පතිවරයා කාර්ය සාධක බලකායේ සාමාජිකයින් අතර වනවා.
මීට අමතරව නාගරික සංවර්ධන අධිකාරියේ සභාපතිවරයා ද මෙම කාර්ය සාධක බලකායට ඇතුළත්.
සාමාජිකයින් 18 දෙනෙකුගෙන් සමන්විත මෙම කාර්ය සාධක බලකායට ආචාර්ය අනුරුද්ධ ගමගේ,ආචාර්ය ගාමිණි බටුවිටගේ මහතාද නම් කර තිබෙනවා.
සමාජයීය පාරසරික හා ආචාර ධර්මීය පිබිදීමක් මගින් සමාජය වඩා දියුණු මට්ටමකට ඔසවා තැබීම අරමුණු කර ගැනීමට සඳහා ක්ලීන් ශ්රි ලංකා වැඩසටහන සැලසුම් කිරීම,මෙහෙයවීම,ක්රියාත්මක කිරීම,ප්රගති සාමාලෝචනය සහ නියමිත කාල රාමුවක අවසන් කිරීම මෙම කාර්ය සාධක බලකායට පැවරී තිබෙනවා.
