Former MP Lohan Ratwatte says that he has decided to enter politics once again from the Kandy Podujana Peramuna for the people.
He stated this (11) at a media conference held at his residence in Mahaiyawa.
Lohan Ratwatte says that he did not contest the last election and that his party office had to be closed for about 3 months due to several unfortunate incidents.
Stating that he is ready to accept a decision and responsibility from the People’s Front, he said that he is also willing to accept the leadership of the Kandy district on behalf of the people. He said that he is ready to accept the leadership not only of Kandy but also of Sri Lanka and that he will use his full strength for the party’s victory in the local government elections. He said that his hope is to continue serving the people along the political path of Mr. Anuruddha Ratwatte and that he is not concerned with preserving power but with working to win the rights of the people of Kandy.
මහනුවර ජනතාව වෙනුවෙන් පොදුජන පෙරමුණෙන් නැවත වරක් දේශපාලනයට අවතිර්ණ වීමට තිරණයක් ගත් බව හිටපු පාර්ලිමේන්තු මන්ත්රී ලොහාන් රත්වත්තේ මහතා පවසනවා.

පසුගිය මැතිවරණයට තමන් තරඟ නොකල බවත් අසතුටු සිද්ධීන් කිහිපයක් සිදුවු නිසා තම පක්ෂ කාර්යාලය මාස 3 ක් පමණ වසා දමන්නට සිදුවු බවත් ලොහාන් රත්වත්තේ මහතා පවසනවා.
පොදුජන පෙරමුණ මගින් තීන්දුවක් රැගෙන වගකීමක් බාර දුන්නොත් එය බාර ගැනිමට තමන් සුදානම් බවත්,
ජනතාව වෙනුවෙන් මහනුවර දිස්ත්රික්කයේ නායකත්වය බාර ගන්නටද තමන් කැමති බවද පවසමින් ඔහු කියා සිටියේ,මහනුවර පමණක් නොව ලංකාවේම නායකත්වය දුන්නත් භාර ගන්නට තමන් සූදානම් බවත් පළාත් පාලන මැතිවරණයේ දී පක්ෂයේ ජයග්රහණය වෙනුවෙන් පූර්ණ ශක්තිය යොදවන බවත්
අනුරුද්ධ රත්වත්තේ මහතාගේ දේශපාලන ගමන් මග ඔස්සේ තවත් ඉදිරියට ගොස් ජනතාව වෙනුවෙන් සේවය කිරීම තමන්ගේ බලාපොරොත්තුව බවත් බලය රැක ගැනීම නොව මහනුවර ජනතාවගේ අයිතිවාසිකම් දිනාදීමට කටයුතු කිරීම වදගත් බවයි ඔහු පවසන්නේ.
