Renowned rice businessman Dudley Sirisena says that since neither the President nor this government can do it alone to save the country from the current situation, support should be given to a man with a proper plan.
Rice businessman Dudley Sirisena said,
“The price is determined by the quality of the rice. It is not the price that this government will buy or the price that anyone else will buy. The prices are determined by the quality of the rice.
Now, the government cannot be blamed for this. The government cannot, only rice that is purchased to the required standard can be kept for a long time. So, if it provides rice of the right standard, the government will be able to buy it.
If there is a lower standard than that, the government will not buy it. Due to the shortage in the market, the private sector buys that rice, grinds it and sends it to the market. In another week or two, it will be in the private sector and government stores.
We need to support a man with a proper plan and work. The situation this country is in is not something that President Anura Kumara Dissanayake or this government can do alone.
Everyone is waiting for this to happen.. until they fall.. It is not any of those rulers who will fall. Remember that it is the entire people of the country.
Everyone who has limbs, can see and hear should work. They should work, earn and eat. All these politicians who came here and after a while came to the policy of just giving food and ruined this country. We should support this government.”
මේ වනවිට රට පත්වෙලා තියෙන තත්ත්වයෙන් රට ගොඩගැනීම ජනාධිපතිවරයාටවත්, මේ ආණ්ඩුවටවත් තනියම කරන්න පුළුවන් දෙයක් නොවන බැවින් හරි සැලැස්මක් තියන මිනිහෙකුට සහයෝගය ලබාදිය යුතු බව ප්රකට සහල් ව්යාපාරික ඩඩ්ලි සිරිසේන සදහන් කරයි.

“වී වල කොලිටිය අනුව තමයි මිල තීරණය වෙන්නේ. ඒක මේ ආණ්ඩුව ගන්න මිලවත්, වෙන කවුරුවත් ගන්න මිලවත් අදාළ නෑ. ඒ වී වල තියෙන කොලිටිය අනුව තමයි මිල ගණන් තීරණය කරන්නේ.
දැන් ඉතින් මේක රජයටම දොස් කියන්න බෑ. රජයට බෑනේ, නියමිත ප්රමිතියට ගත්ත වී තමයි කාලයක් තියාගන්න පුළුවන්. ඉතින් ඒක හරි ප්රමිතියට වී දුන්නොත් තමා රජයට ගන්න පුළුවන් වෙන්නේ.
ඊට අඩු ප්රමිතියක් තියෙනවානම් රජය ගන්නෑ. වෙළදපොළේ තියෙන හිගතාවය නිසා පුද්ගලික අංශයේ ඒ වී ටික අරගෙන හාල් කරලා වෙළදපොළට එවන එක තමයි වෙන්නේ. තව කොහොමත් සතියක් දෙකක් යද්දි, ඔය කියන පුද්ගලික අංශයටත්, රජයේ ගබඩා වලටත් වී යයි.
හරි සැලැස්මක් තියන මිනිහෙකුට සහයෝගයක් දීලා වැඩ කරන්න ඕන. මේ රට පත්වෙලා තියෙන තත්ත්වේ අනුර කුමාර දිසානායක ජනාධිපතිටවත්, මේ ආණ්ඩුවටවත් තනියම කරන්න පුළුවන් එකක් නෙමෙයි.
හැම එකාම බලාගෙන ඉන්නේ මේකට කෙල වෙනකම්.. වැටෙනකම්.. වැටෙන්නේ ඔය පාලකයෝ කවුරුත් නෙමෙයි. සමස්ත රටේ ජනතාව කියන එක මතක තියාගන්න.
අතපය තියෙන, ඇහැකන පේන ඔක්කොම වැඩ කරන්න ඕන. වැඩ කරලා, හම්බ කරලා කන්න ඕන. මේ හැම දේශපාලඥයාම මෙතෙන්ට ඇවිල්ලා ටික කාලයක් යද්දි නිකන් කන්ඩ දෙන ප්රතිපත්තියට ඇවිත් තමා මේ රටටම කෙලවලා තියෙන්නේ. මේ ආණ්ඩුවට සහයෝගය දෙන්නම ඕන.”
