Acting Inspector General of Police Attorney Priyantha Weerasuriya has stated that the relevant investigation has been instructed to be conducted by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A complaint was also submitted to the Police Headquarters yesterday (23) requesting an investigation into the individuals who misused the President’s Fund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The complaint was filed by the Lawyers for the Protection of Public Funds Organization.hi<\/p>\n\n\n\n
