to hide the real perpetrators and real planners of the Easter attacks and that he will not allow that to happen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The President made this statement while addressing a public rally in Polonnaruwa today (20).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The President emphasized that there will be no more communal conflicts in the country from now on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He pointed out that if the existing laws are not sufficient to establish national unity, then action will be taken through new laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recalling the 2019 Easter tragedy, the President stated that it was the biggest tragedy committed to gain power at that time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The President also stated that the purpose of the investigations conducted regarding the Easter attacks from April 2019 to September 2024 was to hide the real perpetrators and real planners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Accordingly, the President further stated that the current government is taking steps to bring those responsible for the Easter attacks to justice step by step and that such steps will continue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meanwhile, the President stated that he had submitted all the reports of the Presidential Commission report on the Easter attacks to the Criminal Investigation Department today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0db4\u0dcf\u0dc3\u0dca\u0d9a\u0dd4
