Lanka Vehicle Importers Association says that about 400 vehicles have been stuck at Sri Lanka Customs for more than 20 days due to the new import regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Association President Indika Sampath Merenchige said that the government has mandated that the exact production date be mentioned, but it is challenging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Accordingly, he urges the authorities to reconsider this decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He also said that the delay in releasing vehicles could
