Accordingly, some media reports stated that the government has decided to provide police security to all MPs representing Parliament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thus, although requests had been made in this regard by a group of opposition MPs, Public Security Minister Ananda Wijepala has further stated that no final decision has been taken on the matter yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
